Experience the profound benefit of conscious breath through guided Pranayama (breath work). This 2 part workshop will incorporate breath, sound and movement to help move what is stagnant and encourage new ways of being. Together we’ll explore the components of yogic breath, cleansing breath, as well as movement and breath to invite greater conscious connectivity to the innate healing and vital life force of Prana. Students are encouraged to develop a daily Pranayama practice during the workshop, and will have a strong foundation for continued practice.
