COMING TO IN COMMUNITY

Our lives unfold one moment at a time and always in the here and now.  How many of these moments do we miss from being entangled in the thoughts of the past and future?

During our three sessions together, we will practice waking up to the present moment, whether big or small, by interrupting these powerful patterns of distraction.  Practicing in community is a supportive way to strengthen mindfulness, which we will explore by sitting, walking and interacting.

All experience levels welcome.
