Teen Yoga, ages 12-16, fosters a supportive space for like minded Teens to explore and find their inner strength and voice. Through creative journaling, playful yoga postures and mindful meditation teens will be given tools to empower a healthy self confidence, encourage self-love and self-acceptance. All Levels Welcome!
